Grandbase Steel (Gbase-steel) was established in 2016, located in Sanya city, Hainan province, it is a wholly- owned subsidiary of Shengcai Steel company. Through ten years of development, based on the solid foundation and strong market performance with over 30 years of steel production management from mother companies, it has evolved into a comprehensive international steel supply chain company.
Our main sale products include steel Angle bar, steel Channel bar, and steel I-beam series manufactured by our professional mother companies; and other steel products from partner manufacturers including long products such as Wire rod, Re-bar; special steel products such as Hot rolled Round bar, Forged Round bar, Flat bar, and Square bar; pipe products such as Seamless pipes, ERW pipes, SLAW/SSAW pipes, and Square/Rectangular tubes; flat products such as Hot rolled coil/plate, Cold rolled sheet, and Coated sheet; and semi-finished products such as Square billet, Round bloom, and slab.

Tangshan Shengcai Steel company was established in 1996, located in Tangshan City, Hebei Province, it is a modern steel enterprise integrating production and sales with annual capacity of steel products of 3 million tons.
And Taiye Hongda Steel company was established in 2012, located in Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province. It is equipped with advanced electric arc furnace steel-making and refining equipment, it has the ability to produce various high-quality steels to meet the different material requirements of customers. The annual capacity of steel products is 2 million tons.
The companies are attaching great importance to quality management and have first passed through the ISO 9001:2000 quality system certification, have gained the titles of AAA Credit Enterprise and “Contract Honoring and Trustworthy Enterprise.” They specialize in manufacturing structural steels, such as steel Angle, steel Channel, steel I-beam, and other products compliant with Chinese, Japanese, European and American standards。
